Bedford's Cultural Council usually meets at Town Hall at 7:30 PM on the first Monday of the month .

Funding Priorities
Preference is given to
- Projects which encourage community-wide participation/benefit.
- Bedford-based non-profit organizations (arts, cultural, community, educational), to local individual artists, and to first time funding of projects.
- Applicants with projects in the humanities or interpretive sciences are encouraged to apply this year.
Local Guidelines
Complete local guidelines are available with applications at the Town Hall and Bedford Library or by emailing BCC.
Local guidelines:
- Applicants from outside Bedford should partner with a local non-profit arts, cultural, community or educational organization, and provide a confirming letter from the Bedford partner.
- Applicants are encouraged to seek additional funding outside the grant process to allow limited funds to support more projects.
Deadline for Applications: October 15, 2008
Applicants should provide 10 copies of their grant to the Cultural Council
