You must follow all of the following guidelines, or your application will not be considered. Items are listed in a checklist format for your convenience.

1. We require that the event will take place in Belchertown.
2. We require that all applicants include a letter of support/confirmation from all sponsoring organization/s.
3. Type all applications. Standard LCC Grant Application Forms are available on-line at http://massculturalcouncil.org/applications/lccapp.pdf
4. Give both daytime and evening phone numbers of the contact person.
5. Please send SEVEN COPIES OF THE APPLICATION. Please send only ONE SET OF SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS. If you would like your supplemental materials returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with proper postage.
6. Drop off all applications to the Selectmen's Office at the Finnerty House, One South Main Street, Belchertown or send to: BCC, P.O. Box 670, Belchertown, MA 01007
7. You must follow all of the guidelines, or your application will not be considered.
8. APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED/POSTMARKED BY OCTOBER 15.
