Limited funds require that locally initiated projects be given preference.

We do not fund transportation for pass projects.

Our local guidelines are listed under funding priorities: locally initiated projects are given preference.

We have always given applicants lists of possible local sponsors for their particular projects.

Applicants are requested to submit 11 copies of LCC Grants and PASS applications.
