The Mendon Cultural Council is a municipally-appointed committee whose purpose is to promote and support cultural opportunities and events within Mendon and surrounding communities. By providing state-funded grants to individuals and groups involved in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences, the Council encourages cultural programming and resources which will offer enrichment to Mendon residents.
In order to apply for an LCC grant, applicants must meet all eligibility and criteria requirements of the LCC Program.

In addition to the Mendon Funding Priorities below, our recent survey revealed that Mendon residents preferred community-wide gatherings/festivals, concerts, and plays that are made available and accessible for families and Seniors. Residents also support funding the upcoming Mendon 350th Anniversary events in 2017.
