Applicants must reside in Berkshire County, or have a strong organizational or individual presence in the County. Preference is given to projects that take place in Stockbridge or directly benefit Stockbridge residents.
If the applicant is not the hosting venue, a venue must be identified in the application. A letter of support from the venue is required. The SCC will not chose a venue for an applicant.
If a venue (school, library, theater, etc) is organizing and completing the project, no venue confirmation letter is needed.Venues should be handicap accessible.
